This was a TV series in the late 80s or early 90s and was about a small town in post-WWII era. It had some well known TV actors and actresses, but I cannot remember any of their names. I've been seeing this show intro in my head lately. I think this was a show on PBS that I saw in the early to mid 90's and I'm pretty sure it was a mystery or crime show. What really stuck out was the intro: it was animated and at one point it showed a woman laying on a rooftop and she had a scarf that the wind blew away from her. I know this show ( Read more... )

I can't remember if it was live action or animated. Honestly, I can't remember much. All I've got is that the main characters - I think there was two, maybe a brother and sister? - had a stuffed cat named Catbat.

When I Google "Catbat", all I get is stuff about Mario.

Anybody have any idea what I'm talking about?

In 1988, I was in kindergarten at Middle Smithfield Elementary School in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and the curriculum included videos to help kids learn the alphabet.
